KESI - ISO Container

Die ISO-Container Fertigmodelle sind komplett aus Aluminium gefertigt.

Alle Container verfügen über voll kran-und belastbare Containerecken ( Corner Castings).

Diese haben drei Langlöcher zur Aufnahme von Umschlaggeräten. Über Twist-Locks an Aufliegern, Trucks, Anhängern und Eisenbahnwaggons wird der Container sicher zum Transport befestigt Die beiden Heck-Türen öffnen ca.270 Grad. Die Türen sind gesickt und haben einen drehbaren Drehriegel-Verschluß mit Riegelstangen und Griffen.

Maßstäbliche Sickengrößen für die Seiten, Front und Dachflächen, bei 20ft Containern je zwei Staplertaschen pro Seite, mit Stapler befahrbarer Containerboden, bei 40ft Containern ist der Goosneck-Tunnel Standart.

 Die Container im Maßstab 1: 8 bis 1:12 sind zum draufsitzen geeignet.

 Standartmäßig sind Fertig-Modellcontainer weiß vorgrundiert für spätere Lackierung mit Acrylfarben. Als Sonderwunsch ist auch eine komplett Lackierung in RAL-Ton möglich.

Als Erweiterung können die Container auch mit einer wetterfesten Beschriftung nach Ihren Wünschen oder Vorlagen ausgestattet werden.

Alle nachfolgenden Container –Bauarten sind in den Maßstäben 1:16 bis 1:8 erhältlich.

Zwischengrößen oder Sonderanfertigungen sind verständlich realisierbar.

Als Extrawunsch kann das Dach abgenommen werden, somit wird der Container zur Werkzeugkiste oder Ähnlichem.

Vorschläge für Container-Umbauten werden gerne nach Ihren Vorschlägen und Wünschen realisiert werden.

Auf Wunsch können auch Container- Einzelteile wie Front- und Heckseiten oder Türverschlüsse nach Bestellung angefertigt werden.

All containers have fully crane and loadable container corners (corner castings).
These have three slots for receiving handling equipment. Twist locks on semi-trailers, trucks, trailers and railway wagons secure the container safely for transport. The two rear doors open approx. 270 degrees. The doors are beaded and have a swivel lock with locking bars and handles.
Scale-sized bead sizes for the sides, front and roof surfaces, with 20ft containers per two forklift pockets per side, with forklift-passable container floor, with 40ft containers the Goosneck tunnel is standard.
The containers in the scale 1:8 to 1:12 are suitable for sitting on it.
By default, ready-made model containers are pre-primed white for subsequent painting with acrylic paints. As a special request, a complete painting in RAL tone is possible.
As an extension, the containers can also be equipped with a weatherproof label according to your wishes or templates.
All subsequent container types are available in scales of 1:16 to 1:8. Intermediate sizes or special designs are understandably feasible.
As an extra request, the roof can be removed, so the container to the tool box or the like.
Suggestions for container conversions will be gladly realized according to your suggestions and wishes.
Upon request, also container items such as front and rear sides or door locks can be made to order.
